What can you do with it?

VAT and deductible percentage

Check VAT treatment, rate, use and deduction entitlement. Record KOR, exempt or mixed turnover under VAT profile and deduction. Annual review helps assess further adjustments; you substantiate the calculation yourself.

Paid or unpaid

UurKlus distinguishes paid and unpaid expenses, keeping clear what still needs processing.

Domestic, reverse charge, EU and non-EU

VAT choices include Dutch purchases, reverse charge, EU purchases, non-EU services and no VAT.

Fixed assets

For business assets such as tools or equipment, fixed asset handling can be used instead of booking everything as an immediate expense.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep receipts or invoices?
Yes. New UBL imports and expense attachments are retained in the document archive on saving. Replaced files remain available. Check missing historical documents and export your retained copy.
What is partially deductible VAT?
Only VAT eligible for deduction goes to 5b. For partial deduction, record use, percentage and evidence. KOR, exempt turnover and excluded expenses can mean zero deduction.
When do I use fixed assets?
For business assets depreciated over multiple years, such as larger equipment or tools.
