Quick tips

For tidy bookkeeping.

Use recognizable titles, for example "Bouwmaat - wood + screws".
Link expenses to a project to see costs per job.
For an ordinary Dutch receipt, you usually choose "Dutch invoice (normal)"; check EU, import and reverse charge separately with your bookkeeper.
Check before recording. Drafts can be edited; final invoices and filed returns require a traceable correction process.
